Dr. Baine Craft

At Harbor Light Mental Health, PLLC, I provide specialized, evidence-based therapy for adolescents (13+) and adults, with particular expertise in anxiety therapy, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) treatment, neurodiversity-affirming support for ADHD and autism, and support through identity development and major life transitions.

I work with individuals experiencing panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, compulsive behaviors, chronic anxiety, neurodivergent stress or overwhelm, identity concerns, and compulsive sexual behaviors, including sex or pornography addiction. I also support clients who wish to explore questions of meaning, faith, spirituality, and values as part of the therapeutic process, when these are important to their lives.

I provide couples counseling and marriage therapy for partners navigating relationship conflict, communication difficulties, emotional or sexual disconnection, intimacy concerns, and trust repair. My work includes dating, premarital, married, and LGBTQIA+ couples seeking deeper connection, clarity, and stability.

I hold a PhD in Experimental Psychology and bring over 20 years of experience as a university professor and researcher into my clinical work. This background allows me to integrate current psychological science with compassionate, individualized therapy—particularly for complex presentations that benefit from depth, clarity, and careful formulation. My approach is practical, collaborative, and focused on meaningful, lasting change, not just short-term symptom relief.

Let me help you harbor light—and move toward greater clarity, connection, and fulfillment.

Walking with clients through life’s challenges with openness, curiosity, and sensitivity to diversity, personal values, and spiritual exploration
